Shane Fergusson - Owner/Lead Inspector
Born and raised in Billings, Montana, Shane Fergusson brings a lifelong commitment to precision and service to every inspection. A U.S. Air Force veteran, Shane served as a Crew Chief and Quality Assurance inspector, responsible for Aircraft inspections, and verifying that aircraft maintenance met strict safety and technical standards before flight.
After six years of service, Shane applied that same attention to detail to his civilian career, combining his background in aviation, technology, and customer service. His passion for inspection work led him to become an InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector, where he continues to uphold the values of integrity, accuracy, and professionalism.
Today, Shane leads Iron Eagle Property Inspections with a focus on advanced inspection technology and client trust. He also serves as Vice President of the Montana Association of Structural Technical Environmental Reporting Services (M.A.S.T.E.R.S), helping raise industry standards across the state.
